20 year-old farmhouse in Georgetown that we took down to the studs, removed and relocated walls, and replaced everything - flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, cabinets and more.

What started as an average, everyday small concrete backyard patio evolved into a custom, covered deck to enjoy the Texas outdoors. We built it with rock-solid 6” douglas fir posts and beams, a standing seam metal roof, pressure treated decking and tongue-and-groove pine ceiling. We of course added electrical outlets and ceiling fans to make the space even more usable.

We custom designed and built this one-of-a-kind kitchen island with oversized drawers, built-in paper towel holder, apothecary-style trash pullouts, dog feeding center and quartzite counter top.

Part of a larger Whole Home Remodel we did, we took a dated, late 90’s run-of-the-mill bathroom and made it spa-like.

The side of the out-building got damaged, so we came in to help! We removed the outer siding, braced the upper framing of the building while we removed and replaced broken studs, cracked drywall and bent doorframes.

This was a fun one - our customer had purchased three custom stained glass panels and needed them permanently mounted in the window openings.

This one was near and dear to our hearts - the owner’s dog had fallen in the pool, and unlike most dogs, Frenchie’s can’t swim, and he sank to the bottom. Thankfully, he’s ok, but the need for a fence immediately became apparent, so we installed an aluminum fence with self-closing gate, and followed the contours of the pool to maintain as much deck space outside the fence as possible.

We took a plain-jane, standard builder-quality living room and turned it into a beautiful and bougie media center with electronic fireplace, LED lighting and custom designed and built wood log accent pieces.
